Mother: I like your top – the colour is nice… it looks good on you
(Its this faded retro-orange shade – the writing on it that says: Hello Sunshine, Hello Mountain Dew – the ‘mountain dew’ part is the actual logo for the drink!)
Daughter: ooohh, thanks mum…
Mother: I’ve never seen you wear it before… where did you get it from?
Daughter: oh, Mr A got it for me a little while ago
Mother: oh… have a good day at work.
I wonder if now she doesn’t like it as much?
depends on if she likes or hates Mr A…
